HexClad implemented a two-part solution to unify its planning processes. Saras Analytics built the data foundation: creating a validated, centralised data warehouse by organising sales, pricing, and promotional data, and integrating inventory data from Fulfil to ensure demand and supply planning operated on the same trusted dataset.

TrueGradient then deployed AI-driven forecasting on top of this data foundation: machine learning models that incorporated seasonality, promotions, and channel-specific behaviour. This enabled automated, SKU-level demand forecasts and supply planning recommendations — including safety stock and reorder point calculations.

The shift to an AI-driven, repeatable workflow meant planning teams could move away from managing operational noise and focus on higher-value strategic decisions, with greater confidence in their inventory positioning.
